Lynn Johnson

I started playing violin in 4th grade and viola in 6th grade, both with private lessons and practicing with my mother, a professional violinist, every day. I played in school orchestras from 8th grade through high school and college. I have been a substitute strings teacher in the Sioux City Schools for almost 50 years, teaching small groups and conducting orchestras. I really enjoy the students and the individual private lessons I’m teaching at the Music Academy @ First.
